Honey Wheat Sourdough Discard Sandwich Bread

 


1. In a bread Machine place
1/2 cup sourdough discard
1 cup water
2 cups white flour
1 cup wheat flour
1/4 cup honey
2 Tbsp oil
2 tsp salt
2 tsp yeast

2. Start Machine on wheat bread setting 
3. Let cool and slice
4. Store in a ziplock bag for several days on the counter or a week in the fridge
