Scrambled Egg Sandwich & Gardening Tips


1. Peel, slice and salt 1 garden fresh tomato
2. Crack 3 eggs (for 2-3 sandwiches) into a bowl with 1-2 Tbsp of milk, whisk
3. Scramble eggs trying to keep it in large pieces
4. Assemble the sandwich - 2 slices of bread, miracle whip, egg and tomato


Turkey Surprise 


 1. Cover a pan with foil and lay out your bread cheese and meat
2. Place under the low broiler until the cheese melts
3. Spread on mayonnaise and mustard  
4. Cut into four sections and serve with Italian dressing
for dipping (That's the surprise part;0)).

I Ham What I Ham Sandwiches




Yummy Ham Rolls
1. Preheat oven to 350 degree
2. Melt 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter and add 1/2 Tbsp mustard, 1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 tsp onion powder and 1/2 Tbsp poppy seeds
3. Place sandwich rolls on a baking sheet and layer ham and cheddar cheese
4. Brush some of the butter mixture on the top of each roll and place on the ham and cheese
5. Brush the remaining butter mixture over the tops of each sandwich
6. Cover in foil and bake for 15 min
7. Remove more and bake for another 10 min
Serve immediately 

Ham Salad Sandwich 
1. dice ham into cubes and pulse in a food processor until finely minced
2. Add 1/4 cup miracle whip and mix
3. Serve between 2 slices of bread


All Grown up Grilled Cheese 

1. Butter 1 side of a slice of sour dough bread
2. add a slice of smoked gouda cheese
3. add a layer of cooked bacon (or bacon bits)
4. Add a layer of salted tomato slices.
5. Add another slice of cheese
6. Top with another slice of butter bread and grill until both sides of bread are browned and the cheese is melted.
**Covering the sandwich with a lid can assist in melting the cheese
