Wilted Lettuce Salad
2-3-Tbsp bacon grease
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup white vinegar
2-3 Tbsp chopped onions
Baby salad greens
1. Heat Bacon grease
2. Add onion and saute
3. Add sugar and vinegar and stir to mix and scrape bacon bits from bottom of pan
4. Allow dressing to cool slightly then toss with salad greens and serve immediately
